Legendary candies of the unique technology of the SOSTINES, which take as long as three days to make. First, candy-shaped pieces are formed in the loose starch, into which a silky-smooth milk fondant and cream filling is poured. After it freezes, a layer of fragrant milk liqueur “settles” on top. The formed filling of the future candy is carefully surrounded with starch in a fragile shell and left to “rest” until the next day when it will be covered with thick melt-in-the-mouth chocolate and wrapped in paper that preserves all the tasty properties of the candy.
